Cona vacuum brewing is a wonderful visual experience that just happens to result in perfect coffee.

Hot water is poured into the bowl (bottom half) and placed on a heat source. When the water in

the bowl starts to boil, the funnel is placed (filled with coffee) into the neck of the bowl. As the

water boils, it fills the bowl with water vapour which expands and forces the hot (but not boiling)

water up into the coffee filled funnel. Once the coffee has had time to infuse, the heat source is

removed and the water vapour in the bowl starts to cool. This creates a vacuum and pulls the

coffee down from the funnel in to the bowl. When all the coffee has drained into the bowl, the

funnel is removed. Coffee is served : )
